The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery

Opened, used, or tampered skincare products cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect item:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos or an unboxing video as proof
Keep the original packaging intact
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on product availability.

Approved refunds are processed after the returned item is inspected
Refunds are issued via the original payment method

Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds are handled via bank transfer or wallet, subject to verification.
